摘 要:目的探索军队医院放射工作人员的职业倦怠及影响因素。方法整群选取2016年北京地区甲、乙2家三甲军队医院接受个人剂量监测的放射工作人员166名,主要采用大五人格量表简化版、工作倦怠量表,对职业倦怠现况及影响因素进行调查分析。结果人格特征方面宜人性(A)、谨慎性(C)得分最高,其次是外向性(E)、开放性(O),神经质(N)得分最低;职业倦怠方面,情绪耗竭得分最高。情绪耗竭与N呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与E、A、C呈显著负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);玩世不恭与N呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与E、A、C呈显著负相关(P<0.01);低职业效能与N呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与E、O、A、C呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。通过回归分析发现,神经质、宜人性、工龄、工作性质、月收入为影响放射工作人员职业倦怠的主要因素。结论部分军队医院放射工作人员有一定程度的职业倦怠,在预防和矫治降低职业倦怠方面,应重点关注医师、收入低、工龄低、神经质得分高、宜人性得分低的人群。[Objective] To explore the job burnout and its influencing factors among radiation workers in military hospitals.[Methods]166 radiation workers who received personal dose monitoring in 2 grade-A tertiary military hospitals(hospital A and hospital B) in Beijing in 2016 were collected by the cluster sampling method. The questionnaires of NEO-FFI and MBI-GS were used to investigate and analyze the job burnout status and its influencing factors.[Results]In personality dimension,the agreeableness(A) and conscientiousness(C) got the highest scores,followed by extroversion(E) and open(O),while neuroticism(N)got the lowest scores. In job burnout dimension,the emotional exhaustion got the highest scores. The emotional exhaustion was positively correlated with N(P〈0.01),while negatively correlated with E,A and C(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). The cynicism was positively correlated with N(P〈0.01),while negatively correlated with E,A and C(P〈0.01). Low professional efficacy was positively correlated with N(P〈0.01),while negatively correlated with E,O,A and C(P〈0.01).The regression analysis showed that the neuroticism,agreeableness,length of service,job nature and monthly income were the important factors affecting job burnout degree of radiation workers.[Conclusion]Some radiation workers in military hospital have a certain degree of job burnout. The prevention,correction and decrease of job burnout should focus on physicians,the persons with low income,shorter service length,high neuroticism scores,and low agreeableness scores.
