在校女大学生人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)首次检出者心理状况及影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨在校女大学生人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)首次检出者的心理状况及影响因素,为实施临床干预提供参考。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2016年12月期间在威海市立医院妇产科就诊的在校女大学生HPV首次检出者128例的临床资料,分析其焦虑、抑郁的发生情况及其影响因素。结果首次检出HPV的128名在校女大学生中,发现焦虑97例,占75.78%;无焦虑31例,占24.22%。其中轻度焦虑37例,占38.14%;中度焦虑49例,占50.52%;重度焦虑11例,占11.34%。焦虑平均分为57.42±16.87。发现抑郁70例,占54.69%;无抑郁58例,占45.31%。其中轻度抑郁34例,占48.57%;中度抑郁25例,占35.71%;重度抑郁11例,占15.71%。抑郁平均分为58.34±15.34。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、病程、是否合并慢性病同为在校女大学生HPV首次检出者焦虑、抑郁发生的主要因素(OR值及其95%CI均>1)。结论在校女大学生HPV首次检出者存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁情绪,年龄、病程、是否合并慢性病是在校女大学生HPV首次检出者焦虑、抑郁发生的主要因素。[Objective]To investigate the psychological status and influencing factors among female college students with human papillomavirus（HPV） for the first time,provide reference for clinical intervention.[Methods]The clinical data of 128 female college students with HPV for the first time,who were treated in Department of Gynaecology in Weihai Municipal Hospital from January 2012 to December 2016,were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression and its influ-encing factors.[Results]Among the 128 female college students with HPV for the first time,there were 97 cases of anxiety,accounting for 75.78%,and 31 students had no anxiety,accounting for 24.22%. In those anxious students,there were 37 cases of mild anxiety,49 cases of moderate anxiety and 11 cases of severe anxiety,which respectively accounted for 38.14%,50.52% and11.34%. The average scores of anxiety were 57.42 ±16.87. There were 70 cases of depression,accounting for 54.69%,and 58 students had no depression accounting for 45.31%. In those depressed students,there were 34 cases of mild depression,25 cases of moderate depression and 11 cases of severe depression,which respectively accounted for 48.57%,35.71% and 15.71%. The average scores of depression were 58.34±15.34. Logistic regression analysis showed that age,course of disease,and chronic disease were the main factor for anxiety and depression among female college students with HPV for the first time（all OR and 95%CI1）.[Conclusion]Female college students with HPV for the first time have varying degrees of anxiety and depression,while age,course of disease,and chronic disease are the main factor for anxiety and depression among them.
