平板运动试验引起显性预激波消失的分析

摘　　要：目的分析平板运动试验TET(treadmill exercise testing)后显性预激综合征患者预激波的变化情况。方法选取98例显性预激综合征患者,观察TET过程中其预激波的变化,记录并分析预激波消失的比例。结果 TET后显性预激综合征患者预激波消失的总比例为12.24%,继发性ST-T改变随预激波消失均恢复正常,A型预激组预激波消失比例显著高于B型预激组。结论部分显性预激综合征患者TET后心率加快,预激波可以消失。Objective To analyze the morphologic changs of pre-excitation waves in patients with manifest pre-excitation syndrome after treadmill exercise test（TET）.Methods Choose 98 patients with manifest pre-excitation sydrome.The morphologic changes of pre-excitation waves were observed during the process of TET,and the proportion of disppeared preexcitation waves was recorded and analyzed.Results The total proportion of disappeared pre-excitation waves was 12.24% after TET in patients with manifest pre-excitation sydrome.The secondary ST-T changes returned to normal with the disappearance of per-excitation waves.The ratio of disappeared pre-excitation waves in type A pre-excitation syndrome group was significantly higher than that in type B pre-excitation syndrome group.Conclusions With heart rate increases after TET,pre-excitation waves may disappear in parts of patient with manifest pre-excitation syndrome.
