摘  要:采用好氧失活污泥吸附三氯生,考察了吸附平衡时间,在10、20、30℃不同温度下建立了吸附等温线,计算了分配系数Kd、Kom、Koc,并研究污泥对三氯生的吸附热力学特性。结果表明,好氧失活污泥对三氯生的吸附都在1 h以内达到平衡,污泥的MLSS为2200 mg/L,平衡吸附率为82.4%;在不同温度下污泥对三氯生的吸附呈线性与Freundlich吸附模型,分配系数随温度升高而降低,好氧失活污泥对三氯生的分配系数Kd(L/kg)为2957(10℃)>2195(20℃)>1 788(30℃)。活性污泥与失活污泥对三氯生的吸附规律一致,吸附率接近。失活好氧污泥对TCS的吸附以物理吸附为主;吸附自由能变化△G^0<0,吸附焓变△H^0<0,表明失活污泥吸附TCS是一个自发放热的过程,降低温度有利于吸附过程的进行。Adsorption tests were performed to measure the adsorption capacity of aerobic inactivated sludge to triclosan. The adsorption equilibrium time was also investigated. The adsorption isotherms were established at 10 ℃, 20 ℃ and 30 ℃. The distribution coefficient Kd, Komand Kocwere calculated. The thermodynamic characteristics of aerobic inactivated sludge to tri-closan were studied. The results indicated that the adsorption equilibrium was established in 1 h; when MLSS was 2200 mg/L,the adsorption rate was 82.4%. The experimental data of equilibrium concentrations were well correlated by both Freundlich and linear adsorption isothermal models. Distribution coefficients Kd(L/kg) decreased with increasing temperature. The distribution coefficients(Kd) of aerobic inactivated sludge were 2957(10 ℃)2195(20 ℃) 1788(30 ℃). The adsorption behavior of activated sludge and inactivated sludge to TCS was the same, and the adsorption rate was close to the same. The adsorption of triclosan on sludge was mainly physical adsorption. Sorption thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy( △G),enthalpy change(△H) and entropy change(△S) were less than zero. The sorption thermodynamics indicated that the adsorption was spontaneous and exothermic process. Lower temperature was favorable to the adsorption process.
