摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类转录本长度超过200个核苷酸、不具有编码蛋白质潜能的RNA。近年来,lncRNA受到广泛关注,参与多种疾病的发生、发展及机体对环境危害的反应过程。该文回顾了lncRNA的概念、分类和作用机制,介绍了lncRNA在疾病(尤其是呼吸系统疾病)中的作用,并综述了lncRNA在毒理学中的应用。Long non-coding RNA（lncRNA） is defined as the RNA transcript which has more than 200 nucleotides in length and shows no protein-coding potential. Recently, lncRNA received great concern, it is widely involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases. lncRNA also functioned in the response to environmental stress. The concept, classification and mechanism of lnc RNA were reviewed,the application of lncRNA in pathology and toxicology were also emphasized in this paper.
