中药有效成分抗卵巢癌作用的研究进展

摘　　要：卵巢恶性肿瘤作为严重威胁女性健康的疾病之一,其特点是发病率高,致死率高且早期病变不易发现,晚期病例也缺乏有效的治疗手段。手术、化疗、放疗为临床上主要治疗方式,而近年来不少学者致力于研究中药中的抗癌有效成分,其作为卵巢癌的一种辅助治疗手段有着广阔的临床应用前景。合理应用中药则有助于消除放化疗的毒副反应,同时还可以避免癌症的转移复发。本文将对近几年来中药抗卵巢癌作用机制的相关研究以及抗卵巢癌的中药有效成分进行综述。Ovarian cancer is one of the serious diseases threatening women＇s health,which is characterized by high incidence,high fatality rate and difficult to detect early lesions,as well as lack of effective treatment for late cases.The main clinical treatments include surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.In recent years,many scholars have devoted themselves to the study of the effective anticancer components in Chinese traditional medicine.As an adjuvant therapy for ovarian cancer,it has broad clinical application prospects.Reasonable application of Chinese medicine helps to eliminate the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy.At the same time,it can avoid the recurrence of cancer metastasis.This article reviewed the correlational experimental studies on the mechanism of anti-ovarian cancer effect in traditional Chinese medicine and the effective components in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
