摘　　要：核桃产业在新疆国民经济发展中举足轻重,干燥在核桃的采后加工、贮藏、运输过程中有着重要的作用。目前普遍采用的核桃干燥设备难以满足现有产量与质量的需求,本文介绍了一种核桃干燥专用设备,解决了当前自然晾晒过程中效率低、周期长、晾晒温度不稳定以及现有干燥设备不能连续作业、干燥过程需要人工辅助、效率低、成本大等问题,为核桃加工产业奠定基础。Walnut industry plays a decisive role in Xinjiang＇s national economy,drying plays an important role in post-harvest processing,storage and transportation of walnut.Walnut drying equipment which are widly used at present can hardly meet the demand of current output and quality of walnut.In this paper,a newly reserched and designed specified walnut equipment is introduced,this equipment solves the problems of low efficiency,long period,unstable drying temperature,discontinuous operation of existing drying equimpent,manual assist required during drying process and high cost in natural airing process,and lays a foundation for walnut process industry.
