二甲双胍联合参芪降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及其对患者血糖和血脂及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合参芪降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及其对患者血糖、血脂及炎性因子的影响。方法选取北京市昌平区中西医结合医院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的2型糖尿病患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各90例。对照组患者给予二甲双胍片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予参芪降糖胶囊治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]及炎性因子[高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]。结果治疗前,两组患者FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C及hs-CRP、TNF-α水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者FPG、2 h PG、HbA_(1c)、TC、TG、LDL-C及hs-CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合参芪降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效明显,可明显降低患者血糖、血脂及炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with shenqi jiangtang capsule in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus and the impact on blood glucose,blood lipid and inflammatory factors of patients.Methods A total of 180 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in Changping District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,which were divided into control group（n=90） and observation group（n=90） by random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin tablets,observation group was treated with shenqi jiangtang capsule on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.The blood glucose（FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c）,blood lipid（TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C）,inflammatory factrs（hs-CRP,TNF-α） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences of FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,hs-CRP or TNF-α between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the observation group of FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP and TNF-α levels were lower than control group,HDL-C was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Metformin combined with shenqi jiangtang capsule have an obviously clinical effect in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus,it can reduce the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and inflammatory factors of patients.
