地奥司明片治疗环状混合痔外切内扎术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨地奥司明片治疗环状混合痔外切内扎术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法选取江苏省句容市石狮社区卫生服务中心2015—2016年收治的环状混合痔行外切内扎术后肛缘水肿患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用地奥司明片治疗。比较两组患者术后第1、5、10天肛缘水肿情况及药物不良反应发生率。结果术后1 d,两组患者肛缘水肿程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后5、10 d,观察组患者肛缘水肿程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论地奥司明片在环状混合痔外切内扎术后水肿中的应用效果明显,可有效减轻水肿与疼痛程度,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of diosmin tablets in treating perianal edema after external chop ligation surgery of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 60 cases of perianal edema patients after external chop ligation surgery of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were selected from 2015 to 2016 years in Shishi Health Service Centers of Jurong City in Jiangsu Province,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional drug treatment,observation group was given diosmin tablets.The perianal edema after treatment of 1,5,10 days and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment of 1 day,no significant differences of perianal edema was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment of 5,10 days,the perianal edema of observation group were better than control group（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reactions was happened.Conclusion Diosmin tablets has an exactly clinical effect in treating perianal edema after external chop ligation surgery of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,it can effectively reduce the swelling and pain,and with good safety.
