摘 要:3GPP提出的LIPA(Local IP Access,本地IP接入)技术,是缓解4G移动网络由于数据流量暴增产生压力的有效措施之一。目前LIPA相关研究主要集中在流量卸载机制和分流策略优化等方面,而关于LIPA在本地业务中的应用研究较少。基于此,分析研究了4G LIPA技术的应用特点及其适合的移动互联网应用场景,探讨了4G LIPA与Wi-Fi技术应用于本地业务的不同之处,并给出了4G LIPA技术的应用优势。进而,提出了两类典型的采用4G LIPA技术的本地业务应用模式:基于位置的内容精准推送和目标点智能导引,并结合实际场景具体给出了商场店铺信息精准推送和停车场车辆停放智能导引两个应用系统的方案设计。LIPA( Local IP Access),introduced by 3 GPP,is one of effective measures to relieve the pressure of 4 G mobile network due to explosivegrowthofdatatraffic. Currently,LIPA-relatedresearches are mainly about traffic offloading implementation mechanism and streaming strategy optimization. However,the research of how LIPAtechnologyapplying tolocalservice is insufficient. Thereby,the characteristics of 4 G LIPA and its application scenarios are analyzed,and some issuesinactual application are discussed. By comparison of LIPA and Wi-Fi used in local service,the advantages of 4 G LIPA aresummarized. Finally,two typical application patterns using 4 G LIPAare proposed,they are location-based content precisionpushing application and target point intelligent guidance application. With realscenarios,two practicalsystem designs are given,one is information precision pushing system for shopping mall,and the other is intelligent guidance system for parking lot.
