益气填精方联合STARR手术治疗直肠前突临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察益气填精方联合肛门吻合器直肠黏膜切除(STARR)术治疗直肠前突的临床疗效。方法 :选择符合纳入标准的直肠前突患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组给予益气填精方(补中益气汤联合大补阴丸加减)联合STARR术治疗;对照组患者只接受STARR术治疗。治疗33 d后应用Longo ODS评分系统、中医证候评分、排粪造影进行疗效统计。结果:治疗后治疗组与对照组患者Longo ODS评分分别为(4.54±1.24)分和(8.09±2.26)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组在中医证候积分、排粪造影改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气填精方联合STARR术治疗直肠前突优于单纯STARR术治疗,两者联合可以明显改善直肠前突临床症状、提高临床治愈率。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the combined treatment of Yiqi Tianjin decoction and STARR operation in the treatment of rectal protrusion.Methods：Total 120 patients with rectal protrusion were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,60 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Yiqi Tianjing decoction （based on Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Dabuyin pills）combined with STARR operation.Patients in the control group were treated with STARR operarion only.After 33 days of treatment,Longo ODS scoring system,TCM syndrome score,defecography were applied to count the curative effects.Results：After treatment,the ODS Longo scores of the treatment group and the control group were （4.54±1.24） and （8.09±2.26） respectively,and there was statistical significance （P 0.05）between the two groups.Both the TCM syndrome scores and improvement in defecography had significant difference （P 0.05） in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion ：Yiqi Tianjing decoction combined with STARR operation in the treatment of rectocele was better than simple STARR operation,the combined treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical cure rate.
