摘  要:文章以某高层建筑物地基沉降监测为研究背景,阐述了观测点的布设方法、精度要求以及数据分析方法。通过对745天的监测数据的分析,总结沉降变化规律并分析产生的原因,在此基础上建立指数曲线法沉降预测模型,对最终沉降量进行了预测。建筑物的沉降变形具有阶段性,沉降速率的影响因素有施工速度、场地降水等,实测结果表明,建筑物倾斜值远小于规范允许值,表明该建筑物的桩基方案可行,可为相似工程的施工与沉降监测提供参考。Take high-rise buildings ground subsidence monitoring as background, elaborated the accuracy of settlement observation points layout, data analysis methods. Based on the analysis of the data for 745 days, the law of settlement change is summarized and the causes are analyzed. Based on this, a deformation model is established to predict the final settlement. The measured and predicted results show that the settlement deformation stage of the building is obvious, sedimentation rate affected by the speed of construction and site precipitation greater impact on changes in the differential settlement is far less than the specification allowed.Description pile design of the building viable, reliable quality of construction, settlement monitoring method is correct, for the construction and management of security under similar conditions of high-rise buildings to provide a reference.
