摘　　要：文章通过介绍聚脲防水涂料优越的物理化学性能,并结合其在某高校学生宿舍上人屋面治漏中的成功应用,详细阐述了喷涂聚脲防水涂料的施工工艺与流程,可为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。Based on the introduction of physiochemical properties of spraying polyurea waterproofing coating and the application of roof leak treatment of university dormitories, the detailed construction technique and process of spraying polyurea waterproofing coating was described in this paper, providing a reference for the similar projects.
