摘 要:介绍了激光跟踪仪的测量原理,提出了一种基于激光跟踪仪测量上面级发动机总装精度测量方案和测量方法,阐述了测量过程中测量点布局、坐标系转换方法。经过实际应用,验证了其可行性,测量数据满足了技术指标要求,提高了上面级发动机总装质量可靠性。The measurement principle of laser tracker was introduced, moreover the scheme and the method of the accuracy measurement for assembling the engine of the upper stage were put forward on the basis of the laser tracker. Then the measurement point layout and the transformation method of the coordinate systems in the measurement were explained. At last, the feasibility of the method was verified by the practical application. The measured data met the technical requirements, and the quality reliability of assembling the engine of the upper stage was improved.
