摘  要:目的通过对134例高性能歼击机飞行员行长时程(18 min)脑电超慢涨落图(encephalofluc tuograph technology,ET)监测,探讨高性能歼击机飞行员脑功能状态及神经递质分布情况,以及与专注度指数和放松度指数的相关性。方法选取2016-01~12月作者医院参加航空医学训练的134例高性能歼击机飞行员,采用便携式脑功能分析仪行长时程(18 min)脑ET监测,分析脑电信号而获得脑内神经递质和脑功能的信息。根据年龄不同,分为<30岁组76例及≥30岁组58例,分析不同年龄组神经递质分布的特性。利用脑电反馈仪进行训练并检测飞行员专注度指数、放松度指数,与神经递质的相关关系。结果 (1)≥30岁组飞行员脑神经递质中去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)显著低于<30岁组飞行员(P<0.05);(2)脑神经递质中γ-氨基丁酸(gamma-aminobutyric acid,GABA)与专注度指数呈负相关,放松度指数与脑神经递质中多巴胺(dopamine,DA)呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论脑ET监测可真实有效反映歼击机飞行员脑神经递质分布、脑功能状态及年龄特性,其中脑神经递质中GABA是影响专注度指数的关键递质,DA是影响放松度指数的关键递质。可将其作为评估飞行员工作状态的客观依据。Objective To discuss the brain function of 134 high performance fighter pilots,and the correlations with concentration index and relaxation index based on the long time(18 minutes)encephalofluctuograph technology(ET)monitoring results.Methods A total of 134 high performance fighter pilots who had aviation medicine training in authors' hospital from January to December in2016 were selected.Using portable brain analyzer for brain ET detection(18 minutes),the information of neurotransmitter in the brain and brain function were analyzed by electroencephalograph signals.According to different ages,all patients were divided into two groups:under 30 years old group(n=76)and above30 years old group(n=58),neurotransmitter distribution characteristics between two groups were compared.The correlation between neurotransmitters with the concentration index and the relaxation index were analyzed.Results(1)Norepinephrine in the neurotransmitter of brain in above 30 years old group was significantly lower than that in under 30 years old group(P0.05).(2)Brain neurotransmitterγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)showed a negative correlation with the concentration index and relaxation index,and neurotransmitter dopamine(DA)showed a negative correlation(P0.05).Conclusion Brain ET monitoring has effectively reflect the real fighter pilots brain neurotransmitter distribution,state of brain function and the features of the age.The neurotransmitter GABA is the key factor to affect the concentration index neurotransmitters,and DA is the key factor to affect the relaxation index neurotransmitter.It can be an objective basis for evaluating the pilot work status.
