摘 要:采用超滤-反渗透海水淡化(UF-SWRO)为主体工艺的海淡中试装置对热法海淡浓盐水进行了海水淡化实验研究。中试期间,UF和SWRO运行安全稳定,结果表明,UF出水浊度<0.1 NTU,SDI_(15)值基本维持在0.5左右,满足SWRO单元的进水水质要求。SWRO产水率基本保持在40%,脱盐率大于97%,并会随进水温度变化,产水水质可满足工业回用水水质要求。与普通海水水源相比,膜法海水淡化工艺采用热法海淡浓盐水作为进水时,其预处理药耗低,反渗透药耗和能耗较高。A pilot-scale plant of ultrafiltration and seawater reverse osmosis(UF-SWRO)was used to treat the brine from thermal desalination process.During the pilot-scale test,UF-SWRO operated stably and safely.The results showed that,the effluent turbidity after UF was lower than 0.1 NTU and the SDI(15)values maintained about 0.5,which reached the influent quality requirement of SWRO unit.The water production rate of SWRO was basically kept at 40%,the desalination rate was above 97%and it varied with inlet water temperature.The quality of produced water after SWRO could reach the water quality standard for industrial reuse,compared with raw seawater,the brine from thermal desalination process needed less chemical consumption in pretreatment,more chemical and energy consumption.
