摘 要:采用混凝、USAB、接触氧化、生物沸石-膜生物反应器(ZB-MBR)和芬顿氧化(Fenton)构建的组合工艺处理餐厨垃圾发酵废液,评价组合工艺对餐厨垃圾发酵废液的处理效果。结果表明,组合工艺能有效去除餐厨垃圾发酵废液中的COD和NH_3-N等物质,各物质在出水中的平均含量分别为377 mg/L和9.7 mg/L。经组合工艺处理后,系统沿程出水荧光峰数增加、荧光总强度降低,废水中的溶解性微生物副产物被逐级去除。三维荧光光谱分析显示,II区芳香族蛋白质类似物是餐厨垃圾发酵废液中较难去除的物质之一。在处理系统中添加生物沸石床工艺有利于系统对NH_3-N的去除。MBR组合工艺适用于餐厨垃圾发酵废液的处理。Kitchen waste fermentation wastewater was treated by a combination process of coagulation,USAB,contact oxidation,bio-zeolite membrane bioreactor(ZB-MBR)and Fenton oxidation,and the treatment efficiency was evaluated.The results showed that,chemical oxygen demand(COD)and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)of kitchen waste fermentation wastewater could be removed obviously by the combination process.The average concentrations of COD and NH3-N in effluent were reduced to 377 mg/L and 9.7 mg/L,respectively.After the combined treatment,the fluorescence peak number increased and the total fluorescence intensity decreased.Dissolved microbial by-products in wastewater were degraded progressively.The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum showed that,the aromatic protein analogues in II district was one of the most difficult substances to be removed for kitchen waste fermentation wastewater.Addition of bio-zeolite bed process in treatment system was beneficial to NH3-N removal in the system.MBR combination process was applicable for kitchen waste fermentation wastewater treatment.
