摘 要:为实施石化炼油污水处理装置的污污分治项目,将上游各装置来水进行分流治理。低浓污水处理系列出水回用,建设以利旧为主、改造为辅,A/O-MBR系统则利用原有深度处理单元。A/O-MBR系统服务于低浓污水系列,亦可串入高浓污水系列运行。运行结果表明,串入高浓污水系列期间,出水100%达标排放,系统耐冲击能力和适应能力强;切回低浓污水系列期间,产水回用综合合格率≥95%,具有显著的环境和经济效益。A/O-MBR系统运行过程中,做好膜组和设备的维护工作是系统稳定运行的前提,In order to carry out the wastewater divide and conquer project of petrochemical refining wastewater treatment plant, influent from each upstream unit were treated separately. The effluent of treated low content wastewater was designed to reuse, reuse was based and transformation was supplemented.A/O-MBR system used old advanced treatment unit. A/O-MBR could both work in low and high content wastewater series. Running results showed that,when being integrated into the high content wastewater series, effluent could reach the discharge standard, and the system had strong impact resistance and adaptability. When being integrated into the low content series, the synthetical qualification rate of reused effluent was above 95%, which had significant environmental and economic benefits. The maintenance of the membrane and equipment was highly required to maintain the stable operation of precondition of A/O-MBR system.
