基于微信平台的延伸性护理对手外伤延续性康复训练的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的延伸性护理对手外伤延续性功能康复训练的应用效果。方法将手部严重外伤术后出院的患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组出院前给予常规出院指导,观察组在对照组基础上通过"手外伤康复"微信平台进行出院后延伸性康复护理指导,跟踪随访指导患者进行延续性手功能康复训练,时间6个月。观察评价两组患者复诊依从性、患者满意度、手部症状改善情况及手部功能恢复效果。结果观察组依从性和服务满意度,手部症状改善情况,肌腱总主动活动度优良率,平均放置时间和平均翻转时间,患手、双手将钢柱插入钢槽的根数以及双手按指定顺序进行组装的套数等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的延伸性护理可显著提高手外伤出院患者延续性功能康复训练的依从性和护理服务满意度,促进手部症状的改善和手功能的康复。Objective To evaluate the continuity of care trauma rehabilitation training for hand injury based on WeCbat platform. Methods 64 patients discharged from severe trauma were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 32） and control group （ n = 32）. The control group was given with routine discharge guidance before discharge. The experimental group was given with ＂hand injury＂ WeChat platform addition to basic routine discharge guidance. The follow - up compliance, patient satisfaction, improvement of hand symptoms and recovery of hand function were observed after 6 months. Results The compliance, the service satisfaction, the improved hand conditions, the total active activity of the tendon, the average placement time, the average turnaround time, the number of knots inserted into the steel, and the number of sets of hands in the specified order were significantly better in experimental group than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Based on the WeChat platform of the extended care can significantly improve the hand trauma pa- tients with continuity of functional rehabilitation training, thus significantly improve the compliance, nursing service satis- faction, hand symptoms and recovery of hand function.
