摘　　要：文章介绍了免喷涂高光黑效果的实现机理,同时详细比较了5类汽车外饰常用高光黑材料的外观、机械性能、耐刮擦性能、耐候性能、加工性能等。并根据材料特性对其应用进行了划分,为主机厂外饰勉喷涂高光黑设计提供参考。The mechanism of the high gloss black appearance with no spray coating is intro： duced. The properties of appearance, mechanical, scratch resistance, weather resistance and processing of five major exterior high gloss black materials are compared. The material application is recommended, and reference is provided for the future mold in color high gloss black exterior part design.
