摘　　要：十八大以来,生态文明建设上升为国家战略,建设绿色铁路是落实中国特色社会主义事业五位一体总体布局、贯彻五大发展理念、实现可持续发展的形势需要。本文结合工程实践,从加强规划环评做好铁路规划与城市规划、土地利用规划、综合交通规划的协调衔接,重视环保选线、落实建设项目环境影响评价要求做好环保设计等方面,对建设绿色铁路环境保护源头预防进行了论证、阐述。Since the 18^th CPC National Congress,ecological civilization has become a national strategy.Therefore,green railway development is definitely a need to follow five-sphere integrated plan of socialism with Chinese characteristic,to implement five development philosophy,and to realize the sustainable development circumstances. Combining with engineering practices, this article proofed and expounded the source prevention in environmental protection design of green railway development,by means of enhancing planning environmental impact assessment with railway plan and acting in accordance with urban plan,land use plan and comprehensive transportation plan,by highly valuing environmentally friendly alignment design and carrying out EIA requirements in project environmental design,etc.
