摘　　要：目的了解金属冶炼企业职业病危害因素对工人健康的影响,分析职业病危害作业工人的健康状况,为职业病防治提供科学依据。方法收集2015年广西某金属冶炼企业1 989名工人的职业健康体检资料,以接触粉尘和噪声的1 878名工人为接触组,111名后勤管理人员为对照组。结果接触组男工高血压患病率比女工高(P<0.05),女工贫血(血红蛋白减少)检出率比男工高(P<0.01);各工龄段工人高血压检出率有差异(P<0.05)。接触组听力损失检出率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论该金属冶炼企业工人听力损失检出率、心电图异常检出率和高血压患病率较高,应对工人加强健康教育和职业健康监护,并做好个人防护。Objective To analysis the health examination of occupational workers in a metal smelting factory in Guangxi,so as to provide the evidence for protection of occupational workers and prevention of occupational disease. Methods A total 1 989 workers were taken occupational health examination,1 878 of1 989 who contacted dust and noise were defined as the exposure group,111 of 1 989 workers whose jobs were management were defined as the control group. Results There were no significant differences of the health examination between the two groups. Compared to the control group,the detection rate of deafness was increased in the exposure group（ P 〈0. 01）,which has no correlation with service length（ P 〈0. 05）. The prevalence of high blood pressure among the male workers was higher than the female workers（ P〈 0. 01）.The prevalence of anemia among the female workers was higher than the male workers（ P〈 0. 01）. The abnormal detection rate of ECG was up to 34. 69%. The prevalence of high blood pressure were 18. 53%.Conclusions We should pay more attention to the hearing loss of this metal smelting factory workers,and the personal protection in high intensity noise position should be strengthened. Meanwhile,the related preventive measures should be taken more to control high blood pressure.
