摘　　要：目的通过参与支气管扩张伴感染患者的药物治疗,探讨临床药师在治疗团队中的价值。方法临床药师根据患者具体情况,协助临床医生优化抗感染方案,提供个体化药学服务。结果临床药师参与用药方案制定及药学监护后,患者症状得到控制,药物不良反应的危害有效降低。结论临床药师应根据自身的专业优势,将药学理论和临床实践相结合,协助临床医生优化药物治疗方案,提高药物治疗水平,使患者获得良好的药学服务。Objective To investigate the clinical value of clinical pharmacists in the treatment team through participating in the treatment of one case of co-infected bronchiectasis patient. Methods Clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in optimization of anti-infective therapy regimen according to the actual circumstances of the patients,and provide pharmaceutical care. Results The symptoms and signs of patients were improved obviously and the adverse drug reactions were reduced after clinical pharmacists participating in drug development and pharmaceutical care. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can assist the clinicians in optimizing medical treatment and improve the level of medical treatment by combination of medicine theory with clinical practice,thus providing pharmaceutical care for patients.
