摘　　要：硼替佐米是多发性骨髓瘤的一线用药,其治疗相关的周围神经病变是其常见的不良反应之一,可影响患者生活质量及化疗,因此,有效防治硼替佐米致周围神经病变尤为重要。本文就硼替佐米致周围神经病变的防治进展作一综述,为临床提供参考。Bortezomib is one of the first-line drugs in treating multiple myeloma. However,peripheral neuropathy is the common adverse reaction,which will affect both the quality of life and the implementation of the chemotherapy;therefore,it is important to carry out necessary preventive measures. In the current paper,the latest advances of prevention and treatment methods of bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathy are summarized,with the aim to provide reference for clinical treatment.
