摘 要:采用单因子多水平和双因子多水平实验设计,研究了天然隐晶质石墨对乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)性能的影响。结果表明,隐晶质石墨呈碱性,粒径对硫化速度影响不明显,增大其用量可以加快硫化速度。石墨具有一定的补强性能,单因子多水平分析表明,随粒径减小和用量的增加,胶料的力学性能提高;双因子多水平分析表明,粒径的转折点在7~8μm处,用量的转折点在39~47份。The effect of natural microcrystalline graphite(MG)on the properties of ethylene acrylate rubber(AEM)was studied by single factor-multilevel and double factor-multilevel experimental design.The results showed that MG was alkaline,the particle size had little influence on the curing rate,and the rate of vulcanization could be accelerated by increasing its amount.MG had certain reinforcing performance.Single factor multilevel analysis showed that with the increase of particle size and amount,mechanical properties of rubber compound improved;double factor multilevel analysis showed that the turning point of particle size was 7~8μm,the turning point of amount was 39~47 phr.
