摘　　要：城乡一体化发展要求着力打破城乡二元经济结构,促进城乡生产要素有效流转。在该探索过程中,黑龙江省提出了响水"两化"建设。在"两化"背景下,设计出以龙头企业+合作社+农户为运行方式的农村土地流转模式,并以此来破除城乡二元结构、形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局。本文以响水"两化"项目区为研究区域,剖析在"两化"背景下土地流转模式的选择、路径设计和该模式实施以来取得的成效以及经验总结,为其他地区土地流转提供借鉴。The development of urban and rural integration requires to break the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas and promote flowing of production factors. In the process of the exploration, Heilongjiang province proposed the construction of ＂two-izations＂ of Xiangshui, under the background, the rural land transfer model of leading enterprise ＋cooperative economy ＋ peasant household has been designed, it can be to break the urban and rural dual structure and to form a new pattern of integration of urban and rural economic and social development. To provide reference for other regions. The paper takes ＂two- izations＂ in Xiangshui the project area as the study area, analyze the choice, path design and experience summaryof the land circulation patternunder the background of ＂two-izations＂ in Xiangshui, it can be to provide reference for other regions.
