摘 要:为了揭示氨法脱硫体系中的脱硝行为,以柳钢265m^2烧结机和360m^2烧结机为研究对象,测定并评估柳钢烧结烟气氨法脱硫系统的脱硝效率,并对吸收液进行检测,分析脱硝产物的走向。结果表明,烧结烟气中NOx主要以NO的形式存在,烧结烟气氨法脱硫体系具有一定的脱硝能力,平均脱硫率为94.30%,平均脱硝率为24.37%。在氨法脱硫体系下,主要脱硝反应为NOx被(NH4)2SO3还原为N2,其次是NOx被吸收液吸收转化为NO3^-。由于NO分子的极性很弱,难溶于水,将NO转化为易溶于水的NO2是提高氨法脱硫体系脱硝率的关键。In order to reveal the denitration behavior in the ammonia desulfurization system,the 265 m^2 and 360 m^2 sintering machines in Liusteel were employed to investigate the denitration rate of the flue gas in the ammonia desulfurization system.And the adsorption liquid was also detected.The denitration reaction products were also analyzed.The results showed that the NOx mainly existed in the form of NO,and the ammonia desulfurization system had the certain ability of denitration,and the average desulfurization and denitration rates were 94.30% and 24.37%,respectively.For the ammonia desulfurization system,the main denitration reaction was the reduction of NOx by(NH4)2SO3 with the formation of N2,and the secondary reaction was the adsorption of NOxby liquid to transform into NO3^-.Increasing the transformation of NO into NO2,which could dissolve easily in water,was the key measure to increase the denitration rate,because the NO had the weak polar and was difficult to dissolve in water.
