摘　　要：目的研究子痫前期孕妇血清及胎盘组织中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)及高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB-l)表达水平的变化,探讨其与子痫前期病程变化的相关性,综合分析其临床应用价值。方法选取子痫前期患者37例为子痫前期组,40例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组。使用酶联免疫吸附试验测定孕妇血清中MMP-2及HMGB-l的表达情况,使用蛋白免疫印迹法检测胎盘中MMP-2及HMGB-1的表达情况。结果子痫前期组孕妇血清中MMP-2的表达低于对照组(P<0.01),HMGB-1的表达高于对照组(P<0.01);子痫前期组胎盘中MMP-2的表达低于对照组(P<0.01),HMGB-1的表达高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 MMP-2和HMGB-1的表达情况与孕妇子痫前期的发生密切相关,孕妇血清及胎盘中MMP-2的低表达和HGMB-1的高表达可能是子痫前期的发病机制之一。Objective To explore the expression and significance of MMP-2 and HMGB-1 in maternal serum and placenta tissue in preeclampsia （PE）, discuss their correlation with PE, and analyze the possible mecha- nism and clinical applications. Methods 37 cases of the pregnant women with PE in Gansu Provincial Hospi- tal from February, 2014 to February, 2016 were selected as the group PE, and 40 of the normal pregnant cases were divided into the control group. ELISA had been used to detect the expression of MMP-2 and HMGB- 1 in maternal serum within pregnancy, and western blot used to detect the expression of MMP-2 and HMGB-1 in placenta tissue after childbirth. Results The expression of MMP-2 in maternal serum of group PE was sig- nificantly lower than that in the control group, and the expression of HMGB- 1 in maternal serum of group PE significantly higher. Similarly, the expression of MMP-2 in the placenta tissue of group PE was significantlylower than in the control group, and the expression of HMGB- 1 in placenta tissue of group PE was significant- ly higher. Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and HMGB-1 were closely related to the occurrence of PE. A low expression of MMP- 2 and over- expression of HMGB- 1 showed that they could be involved in the pathogenesis of PE.
