摘 要:为研究不同供风量对褐煤自燃特性的影响规律,选取平庄瑞安煤矿褐煤作为试验煤样,利用程序升温试验和气相色谱仪,研究低温氧化阶段不同供风量条件下褐煤自燃极限参数与温度、供风量之间的变化规律。结果表明:温度在40~120℃时,随着供风量增大,褐煤的最小浮煤厚度和下限氧浓度降低,上限漏风强度增加;温度在120~200℃,供风量为40~80 m L/min和160~200 m L/min时,随着供风量的增加,其最小浮煤厚度和下限氧浓度增加,上限漏风强度减少;供风量为80~160 m L/min时,在供风量增大的情况下,褐煤的最小浮煤厚度和下限氧浓度降低,上限漏风强度增加;随着供风量减小,煤样临界点温度降低。In order to study the influence of different air supply on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of lignite,the lignite in Pingzhuang Rui'an coal mine was selected as the experimental coal sample,and the variation laws between the limit parameters of lignite spontaneous combustion and the temperature and air supply under different conditions of air supply in the low temperature oxidation stage were studied by using the programmed temperature tests and gas chromatograph. The results showed that when the temperature was in the range of 40-120 ℃,the minimum thickness of floating coal and lower limit oxygen concentration of lignite decreased with the increase of air supply,while the upper limit air leakage intensity increased. When the temperature was in the range of 120-200 ℃ and the air supply was in the ranges of 40-80 m L/min and160-200 m L/min,the minimum thickness of floating coal and lower limit oxygen concentration increased with the increase of air supply,while the upper limit air leakage intensity decreased. When the air supply was in the range of 80-160 m L/min,the minimum thickness of floating coal and lower limit oxygen concentration of lignite decreased with the increase of air supply,while the upper limit air leakage intensity increased. The critical point temperature of coal sample decreased with the decrease of air supply.
