摘  要:目的探究足月小样儿体格发育与神经发育关系的相关性研究。方法选取2016年1月至2017年4月在我院出生的所有足月小样儿120名,胎龄37~42周;并根据其出生体重分3组,A组小儿46名,B组小儿42名,C组小儿32名,所有入选的足月小样儿均在出生时测量体重、头围、身长;分别在生后42 d、3、6、12、24个月测量体重、头围、身长;并行Gesll发育筛查,分析体格生长速率与神经发育的相关性。结果出生后42 d、3、6、12、24个月,C组体重、身高、头围SDS评分均优于A组与B组,B组优于A组;C组适应性、语言、大动作、个人社交和精细运动均优于A组和B组,B组优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月小样儿体格发育与神经发育存在相关性。Objective A study on the relationship between physical development and neurodevelopment in full-term children.Methods From January 2016 to April 2017,120 full-term children and gestational age(37-42)weeks were born in our hospital.According to their birth weight group,46 children in group A,group B 42 children,C group of 32 children,all selected full-term children were born at birth weight,head circumference,length;were 42 days after birth,March,June,December,August,August Body weight,head circumference,length;parallel Gesll development screening,statistical analysis of the results,summed up the relationship between body growth rate and neurodevelopment.Results 42 days 3 months,6 months,12 months,24 months after birth,the scores of body weight,height and head circumference of group C were better than those of group A and group B,group B was superior to group A;C group adaptability,language,big move,personal social and fine sports were better than group A and group B,group B was superior to group A,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Full-term physical development is closely related to neurodevelopment.
