摘 要:在以钒钛铁精矿为原料,采用"催化还原-磨选"工艺生产还原铁粉的过程中,铁粉碳含量高成为铁粉品质提升的瓶颈。分析了铁粉中碳的存在形式,通过延长有效焙烧时间、减少铁粉颗粒塑性变形、控制铁粉合适的碳氧比等措施,降低了铁粉的碳含量,并使还原铁粉w(C)控制在0.03%以下。During production of the reduced iron powder with vanadium titanium iron concentrate as raw material by catalytic reduction-grinding process,the high carbon content of the iron powder had become the bottleneck of iron powder quality improvement.The existence form of carbon in the iron powder was analyzed.The content of carbon in the iron powder was reduced and controlled below 0.03% by prolonging the effective roasting time,reducing the plastic deformation of iron powder particles and controlling the appropriate carbon-oxygen ratio of iron powder.
