青春型双歧杆菌联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析青春型双歧杆菌联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法选择我院2015年1月至2017年2月收治的哮喘患儿220例,随机分成对照组和实验组,各110例。对照组选择孟鲁司特治疗,实验组以青春型双歧杆菌联合孟鲁司特治疗,观察两组患儿临床疗效和肺功能改善情况。结果对照组与实验组临床治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者FEV1、PEF比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者FEV1、PEF较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青春型双歧杆菌联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童哮喘具有显著的临床疗效,改善患儿体能,提高肺功能,且安全性好,临床可推广使用。Objective To observe and analyze the curative effects of adolescent-typed bifidobacterium combined with montelukast treating pediatric asthma.Methods 220 cases of children patients with pediatric asthma admitted and treated in our hospital during January 2015 and February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into contrast group and research group with each group 110 cases.Patients in the contrast group were given montelukast treatment,while patients in the research group were given adolescent-typed bifidobacterium combined with montelukast treatment.Observe the children patients＇ clinical curative effects and the improvement condition of lung function.Results The comparison of curative effects between the contrast group and research group showed a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the comparison of FEV1 and PEF between both groups showed no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the children patients＇ FEV1 and PEF in the research group were higher than the contrast group.The difference showed a statistical significanc（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Adolescent-typed bifidobacterium combined with montelukast treating pediatric asthma is proved to have significant clinical curative effects,which helps to improve the children patients＇ physical ability,improve the lung function with good safety.Thus,it deserves to be widely promoted in clinical field.
