单硝酸异山梨酯联合多巴胺治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察单硝酸异山梨酯联合多巴胺治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2017年5月收治的112例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各56例。对照组实行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的同时采用单硝酸异山梨酯联合多巴胺进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗前、后心功能。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差别(P>0.05);两组治疗前心功能有关指标(LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD)均无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组相比较,观察组LVEF明显更高(P<0.05),而LVESD、LVEDD则更低(P<0.05)。结论单硝酸异山梨酯联合多巴胺能有效提高冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的治疗效果,并改善心功能,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the curative effects of ISMN combined with dopamine treating coronary disease integrated with heart failure.Methods 112 cases of patients with coronary disease integrated with heart failure admitted and treated in our hospital during June 2015 and May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and contrast group with each group 56 cases.Patients in the contrast group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the observation group were given ISMN combined with dopamine treatment based on the conventional treatment.Compare the curative effects,adverse reaction occurrence rate and cardiac function of before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the contrast group（P〉0.05）.The adverse reaction occurrence rate in both groups showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）.The cardiac function index include LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD of before treatment in both groups showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than the contrast group（P〈0.05）,while LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group was significantly lower than than the contrast group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ISMN combined with dopamine can effectively improve the curative effects of coronary disease integrated with heart failure,improve the cardiac function with no significant adverse reaction.
