鼻内镜手术对鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析鼻内镜手术对鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的120例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用药物、激光、微波等等传统非手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜手术治疗。治疗结束后,对两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状VAS评分进行比较。结果观察组在治疗效果、VAS评分方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术对鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者具有显著的临床治疗效果,同时可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床实践中推广和应用。Objective To analyze and study the clinical treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps by endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 120 cases of sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with drugs,laser,microwave and so on.The observation group was treated by endoscopic sinus surgery.After the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,clinical symptoms VAS score were compared.Results The observation group and the VAS score were better than the control group,and P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery has significant clinical effect on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
