远程胎儿监护网络监测用于高危妊娠诊断的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的研究远程胎儿监护应用于诊断高危妊娠的临床意义。方法选择我院2016年2月至2016年12月进行产检的150例高危妊娠孕妇作为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。观察组采用远程婴儿监护进行网络监测,对照组通过传统方式定期到医院进行产前检查。对比两组胎儿监护情况,统计两组早产、新生儿窒息、剖宫产等发生情况。结果观察组孕妇每周进行至少2~3次胎儿监护,每周费用50元;对照组产妇院内进行NST监测费用35元/次,两组监护费用相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组早产、新生儿窒息、低体重儿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总剖宫产率46.7%,对照组总剖宫产率56.0%(P>0.05),对照组NST正常者剖宫产率较观察组多(P<0.05)。结论采用远程监护有利于及时发现胎儿异常情况,降低新生儿窒息及早产等并发症发生率,值得应用于高危妊娠孕妇孕期监测。Objective To explore the clinical significance of remote fetal monitoring in the diagnosis of high-risk pregnancy.Methods 25 pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy were enrolled in this study.The pregnant women in the observation group were monitored by remote infant care.The pregnant women in the control group routinely went to the hospital for prenatal examination.Results The observation group of pregnant women at least 2-3 times a week fetal monitoring,the cost of 50 yuan per week;control group of hospital NST monitoring costs 35 yuan/time（P〉0.05）.The incidence of premature birth,neonatal asphyxia and low birth weight infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total cesarean section rate was 46.7% in the observation group and 56.0% in the control group（P〉0.05）.The normal rate of cesarean section in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of remote monitoring is conducive to the timely detection of fetal abnormalities,is worthy of high pregnancy in pregnant women during pregnancy monitoring.
