摘 要:探讨DR值的影响因素和应用。通过试验跟踪,对DR值与纺纱方法、原料长度、CVm、CV1m、CV3m、CV10m的关系进行了分析。研究表明:在单根粗纱喂入的纺纱方法中,影响DR值波动的主要因素在于喂入细纱牵伸区前的粗纱内在质量。通过对粗纱喂入机构、牵伸机构、加捻卷绕机构、细纱后导纱机构的工艺选择,器材状态对DR值的影响分析,提出降低DR值与减少DR值波动的主要措施。认为:纱线DR值与针织物实物质量关系密切,降低DR值与减少DR值的波动有利于提高织物实物质量。The influence elements and application of DR value were discussed. The relationship among DR value with spinning method,raw material length, CVm, CV1m, CV3 m and CV10m were analyzed. The study shows that the main element affecting DR value variation is the inner quality of roving before feeding to spinning draft zone for the spinning method of single roving feeding. The main control measures to reduce DR value and DR val- ue variation were put forward by analyzing the influence of technology selection and equipment condition of roving feeding mechanism,draft mechanism, twisting & winding mechanism and yarn back guiding mechanism. It is con- sidered that the yarn DR value is very close to the knitting fabric real quality. Reduction of DR value and DR value variation is beneficial to the improvement of fabric real quality.
