摘  要:探讨共聚型对位芳纶/间位芳纶/聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维/不锈钢纤维38/30/30/2 12.5tex集聚纱的生产要点。针对原料特点和成纱质量要求,对设备和纺纱工艺进行优化配置,采用多道条混的方法确保多组分纤维充分混和及不锈钢纤维精确的小比例含量,保证纱线的防静电效果;采用蒸汽定捻措施,严格控制车间温湿度,纺制的集聚纱主要质量指标符合用户要求。认为:该纱线制成的面料可在易燃易爆行业的防护服上广泛应用。The production key points for copolymerized para-aramid/meta-aramid/polyacrylonitrile pre-oxi- dized fiber/stainless steel fiber 38/30/30/2 12.5 tex condensed yarn were discussed. Aimed at the raw material properties and yarn quality requirement, the equipment and spinning process were optimized. Multi sliver blending method was adopted to ensure sufficient mix of multicomponent fiber and accurate smaller percentage content of stainless steel fiber. Moreover, the anti-static effect of yarn was guaranteed. The measure of steam twist fixing was taken. The temperature and humidity of workshop were strictly controlled. The main quality indexes of con- densed yarn met with the user requirement. It is considered that the fabric made with the yarn can be widely used in protective garment of flammable and combustible industry.
