摘  要:探讨喷气织机大小环境分区空调系统的节能应用问题。分析了常用大小环境空调系统主要形式特点及其适用性。根据喷气织机大小环境分区空调系统的运行经验,提出了应采用新风旁通式的设计理念,以提高新风利用效果;在系统控制方面,应采用新风冷量优先,变风量优先的控制策略;在管理中,应采用风口压差控制、回风过滤阻力控制等措施。认为:应根据喷气织机所生产的具体织物特点,设计采用相对合理的大小环境空调系统形式;并根据季节室外空气特点节能运行管理,从而实现系统的综合节能。Energy saving application problems of air-jet loom large and small zone division air-conditioning system were discussed. The main situation characteristics and its applicability of the current large and small zone air conditioning system were analyzed. Based on tile operating experience of air-jet loom large and small zone divi- sion air-conditioning system,adopting the design idea of fresh air by-pass type was proposed to improve the use effect of fresh air. The control strategy of fresh air cooling capacity and variable air volume should be adopted preferentially at system control aspect. Air outlets pressure difference control, return air filtration resistance con- trol and other measures should be adopted in the management. It is considered that the relatively reasonable large and small zone division air-conditioning system form should be designed and adopted base on the fabric character- istics of produced on air-jet loom. The integrated energy-saving system will be realized by energy-saving operation management base on the seasonal outdoor air characteristic.
