摘 要:分析了电力市场环境下园区参与市场的互动行为,考虑园区参与日前市场和实时平衡市场,使用场景描述分布式电源出力的不确定性,并建立基于随机规划的日前市场和实时市场联合出清模型,以及园区参与该市场的双层优化模型。通过最优性条件将双层模型转换为单层混合整数线性规划问题求解,并通过算例仿真分析了园区的最优报价策略和运行优化。结果表明,在提出的市场机制下,园区的最优报价能够实现自身的运行优化,并实现需求侧对电价响应,提升园区的经济性,增强可再生能源的消纳能力。This paper researches interactive behavior of industrial park in electricity market,considering industrial park participating in day-ahead market and real-time balance market and describing uncertainty of renewable energy with a series of scenarios.A market clearing model of both day-ahead market and real time balance market based on stochastic programming and a bi-level optimization model of industrial park and market are proposed.The bi-level model is solved by converting the model to a single MILP(Mixed-integer linear programming) problem with KKT(Karush–Kuhn–Tucker conditions) conditions.This paper also analyzes optimal bidding strategy and operation of industrial park with case study.Results show that,in this proposed model,industrial park can optimize its operation and response to electricity price,leading to a better profit and a greater ability to accommodate renewable energy.
