摘  要:作为典型的具有热存储特性负荷,温控负荷具有响应紧急切负荷系统控制被切除而不对用户造成明显负面影响的潜能。该文以空调作为温控负荷的例子,提出了一种紧急切负荷措施的温控负荷控制策略,并给出了其耦合Fokker-Planck方程(coupled Fokker-Planck equations,CFPEs)概率模型的求解方法。首先,介绍了空调负荷的个体模型、群体模型以及紧急切负荷系统构架下温控负荷群随馈线被紧急切除的控制策略。在此基础上,为消除控制后馈线恢复供电过程中温控负荷群体聚合功率的大幅波动,提出了一种负荷群体的分散有功功率控制策略。进一步,为准确描述温控负荷的有功控制特性,提出了负荷群控制策略CFPEs概率模型的求解方法。通过算例仿真验证了紧急切负荷措施的温控负荷控制策略及概率模型求解方法的有效性。As typical loads with thermal energy storage property,thermostatically controlled loads possess potential to actively participate in emergency load shedding control without causing obvious adverse effect on end-use performance.Taking air conditioning load as an example,this paper proposed a strategy and a probability model for thermostatically controlled loads in emergency load shedding system.Single and aggregation model of air conditioning loads and emergency load shedding architecture were presented respectively.A decentralized load control strategy was designed to avoid aggregated power oscillations during load recovery process.Then,a solving method for coupled Fokker-Planck equation(CFPE) probability model of the load control strategy was proposed to describe thermostatically controlled load groups' control characteristics.Simulation results verify effectiveness of the proposed active power control strategy and the solving method of the probability model.
