摘　　要：提出了一种基于二元对比决策理论的作战方案优选方法,在对影响两栖编队舰载运输直升机群兵力投送能力的若干因素进行定性、定量分析基础上,构建了两栖编队舰载直升机机群兵力投送方案的优选模型。通过提取四种重要评估指标,二元对比分析方法将模糊、复杂的问题变为直观的投送方案排序,为指挥员制定兵力投送方案,优化兵力使用计划提供了理论依据。A preferred model for power projection by helicopter group is constructed through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of main influencing factors. And by extracting four important evaluation indexes,the fuzzy complex problem can be turned into intuitive ranking by using the dual contrast decision. The model provides theoretical basis for the commander to make power projection schemes and optimizes the troop using plan.
