多囊卵巢综合征患者血清Apelin水平与激素、代谢异常的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清Apelin水平及其与性激素、脂代谢指标的相关性。方法选取PCOS患者30例,正常对照组30例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测空腹血清Apelin水平,同时检测空腹血浆葡萄糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)及性激素水平,计算体质量指数(BMI)及稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。采用Logistic回归分析方法探讨患者Apelin水平与激素、代谢异常的相关性。结果 PCOS组血清Apelin水平明显高于对照组[(3.35±1.22)vs.(1.95±0.83)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCOS组的HOMA-IR明显高于对照组[(3.87±1.41)vs.(2.12±0.91)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Person相关分析表明,PCOS组血清Apelin水平与BMI及HOMA-IR相关(P<0.01)。结论 PCOS患者血清Apelin水平升高,并且其升高与BMI及HOMA-IR密切相关。Logistic回归分析提示,BMI及HOMA-IR是影响Apelin水平的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the correlations between serum Apelin levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） and hormones and metabolic disorders. Methods Thirty PCOS patients （ PCOS group） and normal women without PCOS （ control group） were selected. ELISA was used to detect the levels of fasting serum Apelin. The levels of fasting plasma glucose, insulin, and sex hormones were detected. Body mass index （BMI） and HOMA-IR were calculated. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlations between Apelin levels and hormones and metabolic disorders. Results The level of serum Apelin in PCOS group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group [ （3.35± 1.22） vs. （ 1.95±0. 83） ] （ P〈0. 05） . HOMA-IR in PCOS group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group [ （3.87±1.41） vs. （2. 12±0. 91 ） ] （P〈 0. 05） . Person correlation analysis showed that serum Apelin level was correlated with BMI and HOMA-IR in PCOS group （P〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion The levels of serum Apelin in PCOS patients increase, which are closely related to BMI and HOMA-IR. Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI and HOMA-IR are independent influencing factors of Apelin levels.
