地屈孕酮联合固肾安胎丸治疗不明原因复发性流产的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察地屈孕酮联合固肾安胎丸治疗不明原因复发性流产的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2012年1月-2013年12月在十堰市人民医院就诊的94例不明原因复发性流产患者为研究对象。根据患者意愿分为观察组(50例)和对照组(44例),观察组采用地屈孕酮30 mg/d口服,对照组采用黄体酮30 mg/d肌注,同时给予固肾安胎丸口服,用至孕12周或保胎失败停药。结果观察组保胎成功率明显高于对照组(86.0%vs.68.2%),流产率明显降低(14%vs.31.8%),早产率、分娩孕周比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗过程中,患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论地屈孕酮治疗不明原因复发性流产可获得较好疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of dydrogesterone combined with Gushen＇antai pills in treatment of unexplained re- current spontaneous abortion （URSA） , and provide a reference for clinical treatment of URSA. Methods A total of 94 patients with URSA were selected from Shiyan People＇s Hospital from January 2012 to December 2013, then they were divided into observation group （50 patients） and control group （44 patients） . The patients in observation group were treated by oral administration of dydrogesterone （30 mg/d） and oral administration of Gushen＇antai pills, and the patients in control group were treated by intramuscular injection of proges- terone （30 rag/d） and oral administration of Gushen＇antai pills. The patients were treated till the 12th gestational week or failure of fetus pro- tection. Results The successful rate of fetus protection in observation group was 86. 0%, which was significantly higher than that in control group （68.2%） . The incidence rate of abortion in observation group was 14% , which was significantly lower than that in control group （31.8%） . There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of premature birth and gestational week at birth between the two groups （P〉0.05） . No significant adverse reactions occurred during the course of treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of dydro- gesterone in treatment of URSA is good.
