摘　　要：目的通过检测Chemerin在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)组织中的表达,探讨其表达意义及Chemerin在EMs发病中的相关作用机制。方法采用免疫组化SP法对30例EMs患者的在位内膜组织(EMs组)和30例CIN患者正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)进行Chemerin检测。结果 EMs患者的在位内膜组织及对照组正常子宫内膜组织上均有Chemerin表达,在EMs患者在位内膜组织中Chemerin表达明显高于对照组正常子宫内膜组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但Chemerin的表达无明显周期性差异(P>0.05)。结论 Chemerin在EMs中表达的升高可能是导致EMs发生发展的重要因素。Objective To explore the expression and significance of Chemerin in eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis and the related mechanism of Chemerin in pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the levels of Chemerin in eutopic endometrium of 30 patients with endometriosis （ endometriosis group） and normal endometrium of 30 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） （control group） . Results Chemerin expressed in eutopic endometrinm of patients with endo- metriosis and normal endometrium of patients with CIN. The expression level of Chemerin in eut^pic endometrium of patients with endometrio- sis was statistically significantly higher than that in normal endometrium of patients with CIN （ P〈0. 05 ）, but the expression of Chemerin had no obvious periodic difference （P〉 0. 05） . Conclusion The elevated expression of Chemerin in endometriosis may promote the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
