摘  要:目的探讨霍夫包尔细胞在早发型、晚发型重度子痫前期胎盘中的表达。方法收集2009年3月-2015年12月在该院分娩的重度子痫前期患者72例,根据重度子痫前期发病时间分为两组:孕周<34周为早发型重度子痫前期组(23例),孕周≥34周为晚发型重度子痫前期组(49例)。另选取同期在该院住院的正常妊娠妇女22例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测孕妇胎盘中霍夫包尔细胞上HMGB1、CD8和CD163的表达水平。结果 HMGB1表达在滋养细胞和霍夫包尔细胞核上,CD68表达在霍夫包尔细胞膜上,CD163表达在霍夫包尔细胞质和细胞膜上。与对照组相比,重度子痫前期胎盘中霍夫包尔细胞CD68和CD163的阳性数量表达显著减少(P<0.05);与早发型重度子痫前期组相比,晚发型重度子痫前期胎盘中CD68数量表达较少(P<0.05),而CD163无差别(P>0.05)。结论霍夫包尔细胞减少可能参与重度子痫前期的发病机制,霍夫包尔细胞有可能成为治疗子痫前期的一个重要靶点。Objective To explore the expressions of Hofbauer cells in placental tissues of early-onset and late-onset severe preeclamp- sia. Methods A total of 72 severe preeclampsia patients giving birth to their babies in the hospital from March 2009 to December 2015 were collected and divided into early-onset severe preeclampsia group (23 patients, 〈34 gestational weeks) and late-onset severe preeclampsia group (49 patients, I〉 34 gestational weeks) according to the onset time of severe preeclampsia. Twenty-two normal pregnant women were se- lected from the hospital during the same period as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of HMGB1, CD8, and CD163 in Hofbauer cells of placenta. Results HMGB1 was found in cell nucleus of trophocytes and Hofbauer cells, CD68 was found in cell membrance of Hofbauer cells, CD163 was found in cytoplasm and cell membranee of Hofbauer cells. Compared with control group, the numbers of Hofbauer cells with positive CI)68 and CD163 in placenta of patients with late-onset severe preeclampsia decreased significantly ( P〈0. 05 ) . Compared with the patients with early-onset severe preeelampsia, the number of Hofbauer ceils with positive CD68 in placenta of patients with late-onset severe preeclampsia decreased significantly ( P〈0. 05 ), but there was no statistically significant differ- ence in CD163 ( P〉0. 05 ) . Conclusion The decrease of HoPoauer cells may be involved in patbogenesis of severe preeclampsia, Hofbauer cell may be an important target of treatment of preeelampsia.
