摘 要:以2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-异氰酸基乙酯(2-IEMA)和环氧树脂(E-03)生成物作为官能单体,同丙烯酸酯软硬单体在引发剂的作用下,以环氧树脂为分散介质,合成了丙烯酸酯低聚物。讨论了2-IEMA/E-03(质量比)及不同软单体对体系粘接性能的影响。结果表明:在2-IEMA/E-03为5.0/95.0,选BA作为软单体时,改性体系的综合性能较好。改性体系的剥离强度为9k N/m,常温剪切强度达到36.1MPa,断裂伸长率为8.7%。通过对体系DMA分析可以看出,BA改性体系的玻璃化转变温度最高为116.2℃。Firstly, a functional monomer was synthesized with 2-IEMA and E-03, and then the acrylate oligomer was prepared with epoxy resin as the dispersion medium, as well as the prepared functional monomer, the acrylate soft and hard monomer with the initiator. The effect of the ratio of2-IEMA/E-03 and different soft monomers on the adhesion property of system was discussed. The result showed that the modified system would have outstanding adhesion properties when the ratio of 2-IEMA/E-03 was 5.0/95.0 and BA was used as the soft monomer. The peel strength of the modi-fied epoxy was 9 k N/m, the shear strength was 36.1 MPa at 25℃ and the elongation at break was 8.7%. The results of DMA analysis showed that the highest glass transition temperature of the modified system was 116.2℃ when BA was used as the soft monomer.
