摘  要:改进了邻甲苯基硫脲的合成工艺。以硫氰酸铵和邻甲苯胺为原料,向反应体系中加入水作为反应溶剂合成邻甲苯基硫脲。通过单因素法考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、溶剂用量、温度、时间等因素对反应的影响,最后得出邻甲苯基硫脲的合成工艺条件为:邻甲苯胺与硫氰酸铵的物质的量比1∶1.2、浓硫酸用量7%(wt)、溶剂水用量140m L、反应温度110℃、反应时间8h。结果表明,产品收率可达86.7%左右。The synthesis process of o-cresol phenyl thiourea was improved. With the water as a solvent in the reaction system, the o-cresol phenyl thiourea was prepared from ammonium thiocyanate and o-toluidine. The effects of various technical parameters, such as ratio of raw materials,dosage of catalyst, amount of solvent, temperature and time on the reaction were discussed through single factor method. The results showed that a good yield of 86.7% could be achieved when the molar ratio of o-toluidine to ammonium thiocyanate was 1 ∶1.2, the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid was 7%(wt), the solvent dosage was 140 m L, the reaction temperature and time was 110℃ and 8 h respectively..
