摘 要:能源消费革命就是必须更加注重能源节约,促进能源资源的高效利用。节能潜力测算是开展节能工作的重要条件之一,能源结构节能潜力是节能潜力的重要组成部分。利用能源在品种之间的绝对优势和行业之间的比较优势,根据资源最优配置理论,建立了区域能源结构节能潜力测算模型。运用该模型测算了北京市2015年的能源结构节能潜力。研究结果表明:通过对北京市2015年能源结构的优化调整,可挖掘的节能潜力占北京市当年能源消费量的3.73%,结构节能潜力可观。The revolution of energy consumption means we must pay more attention to energy conservation,and then improve the energy utilization efficiency.In the process of saving energy,measuring energy saving potential is one of the important conditions.And the energy structure is an important component of energy saving potential.A model on measuring the energy saving potential of regional energy structure is built with the absolute advantage among energy varieties and comparative advantage among sectors.And the energy saving potential of the energy structure in Beijing in 2015 is measured by the model.The results show that:a lot of energy saving potential is tapped through the optimization and adjustment of the energy structure in Beijing in 2015,accounting for 3.73% of the total energy used;the energy saving potential of energy structure is considerable.
