摘 要:针对产品研发项目中活动并行与赶工的特点,深入分析了研发活动并行时,赶工对上游活动的信息变更速度及对上、下游活动间的信息依赖度的影响。研究了信息变更对下游活动进程的影响,建立了研发活动赶工和并行时下游活动的返工工作量模型;进一步,基于返工工作量模型,构建了考虑机会成本和赶工成本的项目净收益函数,以及优化模型。并对模型进行了最优性分析,得出了在赶工条件下上、下游活动的最优并行度。并分析了工作强度,机会成本等参数对最优并行度的影响。最后,将模型应用到模块化集成电地暖系统研发项目,计算得到了在赶工策略与并行策略下研发项目的总收益。进一步验证模型的有效性和实用性。According to the characteristics of the concurrence and the crashing in product development projects, the effect of the crashing on the information modification of upstream activity and dependence between upstream and downstream activity was deeply analyzed under the conditions of activity concurrence. The impact of information modification on down-activity progress is researched, the rework effort model is proposed when concurrent activities are crashed. Further- more, based on the rework effort model, the net profit optimization model associated with opportunity cost and crashing cost are built. By means of the optimal analysis, we obtain the optimal concurrent degree and analyze the influence of parameters such as opportunity cost, work intensity on the optimal solution. Finally, we apply it to the modular integrated electric heating system development project, and find that it substantiates the effectiveness and practicability of the model.
