速度对含夹杂物动车车轮轮辋可靠性影响的研究

摘  要:通过动力学仿真、有限元仿真,结合应力-强度干涉模型,给出了确定不同速度下含夹杂物动车车轮轮辋可靠性的方法.以CRH5型动车车轮为研究对象,建立车辆动力学模型和含夹杂物的轮轴有限元模型,得到了不同速度下车轮的随机载荷时间历程和危险部位的应力时间历程,并基于应力强度干涉模型,对不同速度下含夹杂物动车车轮轮辋进行了可靠性分析.结果表明:在相同的置信度和期望寿命下,随着速度的提高,车轮轮辋可靠性会降低;在相同的速度和置信度下,随着期望寿命的提高,车轮轮辋可靠性会明显降低;在相同的速度和期望寿命下,随着置信度的提高,车轮轮辋可靠性也会明显降低.Speed is a key factor that affect the running security and reliability of the wheel,so it is necessary to ana lyze the reliability of wheel rim containing inclusions under different speed. In this paper, the reliability degree of wheel rim containing inclusions at different speeds are determined by dynamic simulation and finite element simulation com- bined with stress-strength interference model. The vehicle dynamics model and the finite element model of wheel axle with inclusions for EMUs CRH5 are established. Then the random load time history of the wheel and the stress time history of the dangerous parts at different speeds are ob- tained. Based on the stress-strength interference model, the reliability of the wheel rim containing inclusions is analyzed. The results show that under the same confidence degree and expected life,the higher the speed,the shorter the degree of reliability of wheel rim containing inclusions; under the same speed and confidence degree, the higher the expected life, the shorter the degree of reliability of wheel rim containing inclu- sions; under the same speed and expected life, the higher the confidence degree, the shorter the degree of reliability of wheel rim containing inclusions.
